Contra Costa County Puppy
Raising Club is made up of volunteer guide dog puppy raisers in the East
Bay of Northern California.
Guide dog puppy raisers train, socialize and care for guide
dog candidates on behalf of Guide Dogs for the blind.
Our club operates in the Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Danville
and Concord areas and consists of 20 active puppy raisers.
We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings and one Saturday each month
to socialize our puppies and work on training and obedience
exercises.

We are always looking for volunteers interested in becoming
puppy raisers and puppy sitters. You may want to join us for
one of our meetings or outings in the East Bay to find out
more about what we do -- and also meet our growing puppies!
Please contact our puppy raising club
for more information or take a look at pictures
of our guide dog puppies to see our active puppies in
training.
